Your financial data stays with PayPal and is never distributed to Exquisite Gift
Baskets
If ordering via email DO NOT email your credit card information. You can call us
with that portion of your order or request that we call you to obtain the credit
card
information.
When placing your order, other than online, please provide the following
information:
• Gift being ordered.
• Price (without delivery/shipping and sales tax).
• Method of delivery requested.
• Purchasers full name, company name (if applicable), address, phone number and
email.
• Recipients full name, company name (if applicable), full address (including
suite #’s, apartment #’s, etc.), phone number.
• Gift card message and how it is to be signed.
• Credit card type, number, expiration date, security code from the back, and
the full name, address, and zip code of the credit card billing.
Shipping, Delivery and Sales Tax Charges
Unless otherwise noted, prices listed do not include shipping, delivery or sales
tax charges.
Courier (hand delivery) charges vary in price ranging from $10.00 - $20.00,
depending on destination and notice.
Sales tax of 8.6% will be added to all gifts that are delivered or shipped
within the state of Washington.
Our gift baskets are generally shipped UPS Ground, and in some cases USPS, FOB
Bremerton, WA (USA).
Shipping charges to you are added to your order at the time of checkout. Special
shipping arrangements – such as UPS Next Day Air, etc. can be made at additional
costs. Keep in mind this can be costly due to the size of the boxes gift baskets
are shipped in.
Hospital Deliveries
We recommend that you do not ship any gift baskets to patients in hospitals. We
recommend shipping it to their home or a family member. Due to how fast patients
are released from the hospital, and that the carriers must deliver to the
hospital dock we have found that nearly 50% of the time the internal hospital
delivery department either lost the package or left it on the dock for extended
periods of time therefore, the package did not get delivered prior to the
patient checking out. If you choose to still ship a gift basket to a patient at
a hospital Exquisite Gift Baskets takes no responsibility and will not issue a
refund or exchange if the patient has checked out, cannot be located or package
is misplaced by hospital personnel.
Shipping Outside the United States
At the present time we ship only within the continental United States.
Recipient Information
Please be careful when providing us with recipient information. We require the
recipient’s full name, complete address (suite numbers, apartment numbers, room
numbers, directional address indicators (i.e. SE, E, NW, etc.), city, state and
zip code. We also require the recipient’s phone number. This is needed in case
our delivery carrier needs to contact them to ensure delivery. Incorrect and/or
incomplete delivery information may result in a delay in arrival and/or
additional fees from the carrier, which is the customer’s responsibility. So,
please – double check the information before placing your order.
Purchaser Information
Exquisite Gift Baskets will not process any orders received without the full
name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number of the person placing the
order. This information is required in order to process your credit card. Your
phone is required in case there is a problem and/or question with your order.
Your email address is required as alternate way to contact you and to also
facilitate providing you with tracking information for your order.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Exquisite Gift Baskets you agree to all terms, conditions, and policies
both referenced and contained within. Please do not use this site if you do not
